1. Who we are

Green Lounge Records is an independent media label producing AI-assisted music, video, and live programming, operated as a sole proprietorship by Steve Bruce Lambert. References to "we," "us," and "our" throughout these terms mean Green Lounge Records and Steve Bruce Lambert individually, since the label is not a separate legal entity. These terms apply to greenloungerecords.com, any subdomains we operate (including our live show and request tools), and any associated social or streaming presence where we link back to these terms.

2. Submitting a track request

Our request system lets you submit a link to a song or video you'd like featured on a live show. By submitting a request, you confirm that:

3. Rights, ownership, and your responsibility

When you submit a track, you are required to confirm two things, and both are conditions of submission — we will not feature a track without them:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of these confirmations. If a submission turns out to infringe someone else's rights, the responsibility for that submission rests with the person who submitted it, not with Green Lounge Records. See the indemnification section for what this means in practice.

4. The license you're granting us

By confirming the rights and permission checkboxes and submitting a track, you grant Green Lounge Records a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

This license is granted with no recourse against Green Lounge Records by you, the original copyright owner, or any other rights holder, to the extent permitted by law, for the specific uses described above. We do not claim ownership of your submitted material, and you're free to continue using, distributing, or licensing it elsewhere.

5. Content review and moderation

All submissions are reviewed by a human before they're added to a live queue. We may reject any submission, including ones that meet the rights requirements above, for reasons including but not limited to: poor audio/video quality, content that doesn't fit the show's format, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates the policies of the platform we're streaming to.

6. Explicit content

If you mark a submission as containing explicit content, we use that flag to decide whether and how it's featured — for example, holding it for a later time slot, or choosing not to feature it on platforms with stricter content rules. Marking content as explicit does not guarantee it will be played; we may still decline it. Submitting content as non-explicit when it in fact contains explicit material is a violation of these terms.

7. Comments and shoutouts

The optional comment field is for things you'd like read aloud or referenced during the show. We may read, paraphrase, summarize, edit for length, or choose not to use any comment, at our discretion. Don't include anything in a comment you wouldn't want said on a public livestream.

8. Using this website

You agree to use greenloungerecords.com only for lawful purposes. You won't attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or our request/host tools, and you won't use the site to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent yourself as someone else.

9. Purchases, merchandise, and digital products

From time to time we may sell merchandise, music, or other digital products through this site. When you make a purchase:

10. Refunds and cancellations

If something arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. Digital products that have been downloaded are generally not refundable, except where required by law. We handle refund requests case by case and in good faith — reach out and we'll talk it through.

11. Our content and intellectual property

Everything we create — our music, videos, artwork, the Green Lounge Records name and logo, our show formats, and the other shows and characters in our catalog — belongs to us or our collaborators. You may share, link to, and talk about our content, but you may not reproduce, resell, or claim it as your own without our permission.

12. Disclaimers

This site, our shows, and our request tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or tools will be available without interruption, free of errors, or compatible with every device or browser.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Green Lounge Records nor Steve Bruce Lambert individually will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our shows, or our request tools — including, without limitation, damages related to lost data, lost profits, or third-party copyright claims arising from a submission you made.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Lounge Records and Steve Bruce Lambert individually, along with any future officers, employees, or agents, from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your submission of content you didn't have the rights to, (b) your breach of these terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Privacy

When you submit a request, we collect the link, genre, comment, and explicit-content flag you provide, along with a timestamp. This information is used to run the live show and isn't sold to third parties. If you make a purchase, payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored directly by us beyond what's needed to fulfill your order.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or request tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your home jurisdiction.

18. Contact

Questions about these terms, a submission, or an order can be sent through our YouTube channel or any of our listed social channels.
